# Troubleshooting

## Products Dissapearing

If your product disappears when playing the game, there's likely 2 possible reasons:

* Your game does not have HTTP requests and API Services enabled.
* The owner of the game or group does not have a lisence.

To solve these

* Ensure that the game is published with HTTP & API requests toggled to the on state. (support can be found under the fundamentals section).
* Ensure that you or the game/group owner purchases a valid lisence.

## **Products Appearing But Not Functioning**

There are a variety of reasons that this can be caused by, including but not limited to:

* You've missed a step in the instructions or followed incorrectly.
* You've not followed the configuration setup instructions or made a syntax error.
* The whitelist is preventing you from using the product.

To solve these:

* Re-read the setup guide carefully ensuring each step was completed and followed correctly.
* Re-read the guidance written in the configuration script for the product and ensure your configuration ahs been written correctly.
* Ensure your rank/team is permitted as per your whitelists configuration, and you've set the rank/team to the desired one
