Products Dissapearing
If your product disappears when playing the game, there’s likely 2 possible reasons:- Your game does not have HTTP requests and API Services enabled.
- The owner of the game or group does not have a lisence.
- Ensure that the game is published with HTTP & API requests toggled to the on state. (support can be found under the fundamentals section).
- Ensure that you or the game/group owner purchases a valid lisence.
Products Appearing But Not Functioning
There are a variety of reasons that this can be caused by, including but not limited to:- You’ve missed a step in the instructions or followed incorrectly.
- You’ve not followed the configuration setup instructions or made a syntax error.
- The whitelist is preventing you from using the product.
- Re-read the setup guide carefully ensuring each step was completed and followed correctly.
- Re-read the guidance written in the configuration script for the product and ensure your configuration ahs been written correctly.
- Ensure your rank/team is permitted as per your whitelists configuration, and you’ve set the rank/team to the desired one
